Leeuwenvoet means “the foot of the Lion”
and is pronounced in English approximately as “loo-en-foot”.)

We are situated twelve minutes’ walk from central Cape Town, about five minutes from the Company Botanical Gardens and adjacent to trendy Kloof Street, the fashionable restaurant district of Cape Town. The V&A Waterfront is only a few minutes away

Our breakfast has become well-known throughout the world and is a feast consisting of a platter of varied seasonal fresh fruit, croissants, bread rolls, toast, muffins, fruit juices, cereals, yogurt, cheese and cold meats. We also serve a freshly cooked English breakfast comprising bacon, egg, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes and fried potatoes or cooked vegetarian breakfast. Freshly brewed coffee and tea. Have a leisurely breakfast any time between 07:15 and 10:30.

Most of our comfortable beds are either king or queen size and our bed linen is pure cotton. All fifteen bedrooms are fitted with independently controlled air-conditioners, ceiling fans and opening windows. All bedrooms have shower and toilet en-suite and three also have a bath.

All the bedrooms are individually decorated and have:
