Climbing
Cape Town is a great climbing destination in South Africa with Table Mountain being a well known and popular highlight for climbers around the world… In the evening its solid ramparts are illuminated and by day the size of the plateau becomes evident as it stretches down the Peninsula to Cape Point. Deep Sea Fishing
There is a wide variety of game fishing that can be enjoyed in the Cape; species caught include yellow-fin, long-fin and blue-fin tuna, marlin, mako shark, bonito, yellowtail… The Cape Town Deep Sea Game Fishing season extends from October to April which is our summer season (and ideal months for tuna) – with water temperatures reaching up to 24’C! In the winter season (April to July) the Capes own speciality snoek (barracuda) are found close inshore and in large numbers.
